ErgoLight® report delivery

Delivery method
|
The report will be stored for you in a secured directory on ErgoLight
ftp server. You will receive an email message with a link to the home page and
will access information, namely, a user id and a password.

Delivery dates
|
Typically, if the log file is in a standard format, the report will be delivered
in 24 hours from order. Otherwise, the report will usually be delivered
in a week from order.

Saving the report
|
The report will stored for you on ErgoLight ftp server for a
week.
During this week you can copy the report to your own storage. After a week, the
report might be removed from the server, but a copy of them may be stored on our local computers. |
Saving a partial site image
|
In case of a before change report, a partial site image may be generated and
stored for you on ErgoLight ftp server. Later, after the changes,
you can use this image in order to visualize the reported pages as they were
before the changes. You may want to copy the partial site image to your own
storage along with the copy of the before change report, so that after
the changes, you will be able to review the pages as they were before the
changes.
Note: ErgoLight reports use relative addressing for partial site images.
When saving the partial site image on your own storage, the full directory
structure of the report and the partial site image should be preserved.
