Report information

Each report will contain the following information:

1. Site rating, including an over all site score and scores for the following attributes:
   • Ease of access to the site pages
   • Visitors satisfaction with system performance
   • Quality of the information on site pages,
2. Diagnostic reports with information about pages that are not easy to navigate, as follows:
   • Pages that are difficult to find
   • Pages that are accessible by misleading links
   • Pages where visitors are intolerant to degradation in system performance
   • Pages where visitors abuse good system performance
   • Pages that are difficult to read
   • Pages that visitor feel that are non-informative or irrelevant
3. Statistics reports with the following information about html pages:
   • Number of visits
   • Number and percentage of site entries from these pages
   • Number and percentage of site exits from these pages
   • Average download time
   • Average reading time
   • Average search time for link to these pages.

On-line explanation

For each category of visitors' difficulty, the report will include:

• A list of possible reasons for the visitors' experience of difficulty and 
• Recommendations for how to further explore the visitors' difficulties.
